| Chickie Rosenberg started snowboarding at age 50. Her highly acclaimed book Snowboarding for Women spread her fame through articles and TV. Chickie continued to teach snowboarding through four years of Ovarian Cancer. She completed this newly released Revised Edition shortly before her death. It is dedicated to the Doctors who gave her four more years to teach snowboarding at Killington, Vermont and to "ride" (snowboarding) in four contries on two continents. The proceeds from her book all go to the Chickie Rosenberg Memorial Fund at Memorial Sloan-Kettering . |
